About the Event
As we move through the latter part of spring, the world around us feels fully alive. The rains have softened the earth, the days stretch longer, and the landscape is filled with color, movement, and sound. Birds are singing, blossoms are opening, and the air itself carries that subtle sense of renewal that only this time of year can bring.
In this moment of fullness, we gather with two powerful plant allies, Cacao and Hawthorn.
Cacao meets us at the heart, gently opening space for connection, reflection, and presence. Hawthorn, long associated with the heart both physically and energetically, offers a different kind of medicine. In herbal traditions, Hawthorn has been used to support the physical heart, circulation, and emotional resilience.
