Shipping Returns & Exchanges


You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed — it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.

Route Five, Inc. is a one-woman, mother-of-three-run business with an additional full-time job and a small private practice. I request your compassion and patience as I only ship one day a week. Orders can take up to 10 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.


Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund on our Route Five Medicinal products. 


EXCHANGES (When Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
