About the Event
As we move through a season of shifting tides, eclipse energy, reflective currents, and the slowing pull of Mercury in Pisces, it can feel as though the world is saturated with noise, information, and urgency. Our attention is precious. Where we place it matters.
On Friday, February 27th, we’ll gather in circle with Mama Cacao and the spirit of Maitake, the “dancing mushroom.”
Maitake grows in clusters, reminding us that resilience is both personal and communal. Lore tells of monks who, upon discovering an abundant patch during a time of illness, began to dance in gratitude. It is a symbol of unexpected blessing, adaptive strength, and joy emerging from uncertainty.
Cacao opens the heart.
