• Immersive Sound Bath: Allow the soothing sounds of shamanic drumming, crystal bowls, Koshi bells, and other instruments to wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony.
• Curated Playlist: Journey through an eclectic mix of music designed to enhance your ceremonial experience and uplift your spirit.
• Embodied Movement: Explore gentle movement practices to connect with your body, release tension, and awaken your senses.
• Intention Setting: Harness the potent energy of Cacao and the Lyon's Gate Portal as you set your intentions into motion.
• Create sacred space: Together, we will create a sacred space infused with intention, love, and reverence, honoring the interconnectedness of all beings and the sacredness of life.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring something to create your Cacao nest (blankets, yoga mat, pillow, eye mask), and any sacred objects or offerings you wish to contribute to our ceremonial altar. More details on how to prepare for the evening a day or two before the Ceremony.
