Route Five's Cacao & Rosehips Ceremony

Peeking out of our winter's den we begin to notice the trickles of light that beckon hibernating daffodil bulbs and delicate plum blossom buds to easefully wiggle awake on branches all around. Our bodies readying for what's to come but still in the slow. Yes, the slow. No matter the season, the concept of slow can seem like a cruel joke. The tug of all there is to do may periodically present a mismatch in what our ancestral genes have been designed to allow for this time of year. So we go on doing while our bodies yearn for the slow. Come together and experience a night of the slow - let's create a wrinkle in the time-space continuum to be curious, restore our energies, and give our ancient genes a moment of complementary resonance.

Just like Momma Cacao sends her roots deep into the core of the Earth, deeper still in the dark months, deep into the hearth of our planetary home, we too can tap into this mystical unfolding.  In this space, our whole being is fertile to generate sustenance, renewal, and replenishment. It may look like not much is happening on the surface, except for everything is happening. We may move about without the conscious awareness of all that's taking form under the surface for our next chapter. Whether the groundhog sees his shadow or not on February 2nd, we'll uncover our heart's song that reveals our inner fire ~ wistfully nudged along by Momma Cacao and all we desire.
